Backup AutoCorrect (WordOffice)

 

·         Manual Method (Unformatted Entries):

1.    Press Windows Key + R, type %appdata%, and hit Enter.

2.    Navigate to Microsoft\Office.

3.    Copy all files ending in .acl (e.g., MSO1033.acl for US English).

4.    Save these files in a secure location (e.g., cloud drive, external drive).

 

·         Manual Method (Formatted/Autotext Entries):

1.    Navigate to Microsoft\Templates in the same AppData folder.

2.    Copy the Normal.dotm file.
